DESCRIPTION

The vessel is built in Singapore under international standard of Bureau VERITAS (register classification). She is 35 meter long with well furnished interiors; consisting of 2 Upper & Lower Deck divided into four classes (Executive, Lounge, Premiere and Coastal). The cruising speed will be 25 knots (45 Kmph). A centralized announcement system and beautifully designed well equipped food – kiosk inside the vessel. The vessel is enclosed entirely with picturesque windows which give a panoramic view of the entire sea and the flora and fauna of our beautiful Island. She has a seating capacity of 218 seats.

To enhance your mood, they also have audio visual entertainment facilities onboard. Boarding Time Policy:

  • Reporting time should be before 1HOUR prior to departure.
  • Check In counter Closes ­ 15 Mins Prior to Departure
  • Boarding Closes ­ 10 Mins Prior to Departure
  • Free Baggage Allowance 25Kg as Registered Baggage.
  • Pets and Animals not allowed On Board the Ferry.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • Before 48 Hours of departure – INR – 100 + Service Charges.
  • Before 24 hours of departure – 50% of the ticket cost + Service Charges.
  • Within 24 Hours or no show – NO REFUND.


Terms Conditions

Passenger should carry a PHOTO IDENTITY CARD at the time of Check In.

  • Correction of NAME is not permitted in ticket ONCE BOOKED. So please make sure for correct NAME.
  • Tickets are Non Transferable and Non Re­routable.
  • Ticket will be valid only till the date of travel prior to departure.
  • Passenger belongings carried in hand will be at their own risk carrier is no way liable in any lose or damage from what so ever it may cause.
  • guests are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, we will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
  • Please note that the ferry timings are subject to change without notice. All ferry transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
  • In case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
  • We shall not be responsible for ship delays, on account of any reason whatsoever rescheduling/cancellation of ship inter-connection meals not being served etc.
  • We are not responsible for cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change or any reason.
  • We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
  • Above to 2-3 year child (ticket) treated as an adult (ticket fare).
  • In order to get transfer services from us, you are kindly requested to send all passengers names and ages to book the tickets.
  • For Indian nationals tickets can be booked only 04 days in advance and all tickets and seats are subject to availability.
  • For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage along with them. The management / staff are not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles etc…, during the journey.
  • Our liability is only to value of ferry ticket and incase of any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to make Andaman Ocean will not be liable for it.
  • Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the upper category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival.
  • In case of non availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the ticket. We will provide assistance in arranging alternates for the guest, payment can be made directly.
